At R&R Inventories, we specialise in providing property inventory services to letting agents and landlords and tenants. We provide a much sought after service which adds value to and protects both landlords and tenants.

Who we are
R&R Inventories is owned and run by Richard Szadura. Based in Long Eaton, on the Nottinghamshire/ Derbyshire border. Over the years, we have seen the many problems caused by inaccurate or badly detailed inventory reports and we identified a gap in the market for a bespoke inventory service.

With extensive experience in all aspects of the property market, we have a passion for property and we aim to provide independent and professional inventory services.

We provide a bespoke service which will protect your property or tenancy. Since the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme in 2007 it has become vitally important to use the services of a professional inventory company. Our reports are designed to meet the standards required by Deposit Protection Scheme adjudicators in the event of a dispute. The importance of this can not be over stated.
